How do I make payments to MyRate?

You will continue to receive your bills from your utility. MyRate Energy will be listed as your supplier on your bill.

Who do I contact if there is a power outage, leak, shortage or emergency regarding my energy supply?

If you are experiencing any problems or emergencies related to your energy supply, contact your local utility immediately. Your local utility or distribution company is still responsible for maintaining the reliability of the transmission and distribution system, including the poles, wires and pipelines that deliver your energy supply to your home.

How do I sign up?

Using our online signup portal is fast and easy! Visit www.myrateenergy.com or contact our Customer Care Department at 1-855-500-6381 who will help you sign up for the plan that’s right for you.

What is MyRate responsible for and what is my utility responsible for?

MyRate is responsible for providing your energy supply service to your utility. Your utility will continue to provide delivery service, emergency response services and billing.

Will there be any disruption of service when I sign up with MyRate?

No. Your utility will remain responsible for the delivery of energy supply service to your home.

When will my start date be?

Once you sign up with MyRate Energy it will take up to 60 days to start receiving service.

Can I cancel?

At MyRate we pride ourselves on our "no worries" attitude. If you are not fully satisfied with your services, you can cancel at anytime - No worries! There are No cancellation fees and No hassles.

What happens when my MyRate contract term ends?
